On July 3, 2023, the Vostok SOS Charitable Foundation was listed 18th in the Top 100 Public Transparent Charitable Organizations of Ukraine for its activities in 2022.

The Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine has conducted an evaluation based on publicly available sources, using information regarding the funds utilized for implementing charitable initiatives.

According to the annual tax declaration for the previous year, Vostok SOS reported a total of UAH 339 678 172.

Throughout the nine years of ongoing war, the foundation’s team has actively supported individuals affected by russian aggression. Since February 24, 2022, evacuation crews have successfully rescued over 46,000 Ukrainians, including 4,500 people with limited mobility.

The Foundation’s efforts have significantly intensified since the commencement of full-scale war. We have been compelled to address the needs of not only the Donetsk and Luhansk regions but the entire country. In 2022, we successfully raised funds and expanded our scope of activities. Following the Kakhovka dam explosion, we provided vital humanitarian assistance to the affected regions. We express our gratitude to all those who have extended financial and informational support to our initiatives,” stated Yuliia Krasilnykova, the Executive Director of the Foundation.

In addition, the Foundation is actively involved in the restoration of shelters and collective residence areas for internally displaced persons (IDPs), offering vital humanitarian aid to those affected. They also provide essential legal and psychosocial support services, implement innovative educational projects, advocate for the rights of victims impacted by russian aggression in Ukraine, conduct regular monitoring missions to frontline regions, and meticulously document war crimes.

We extend special greetings to our esteemed colleagues who have been shortlisted for the list. Together, we stand shoulder to shoulder, working tirelessly to safeguard the future of our country.

Glory to Ukraine!
