The Vostok SOS Charitable Foundation continues to help the victims of the russian terrorist attack on the Kakhovka Dam. On June 6-9, you transferred UAH 4,537,196 to MonoBank and the official account of the Foundation. We received $61,049, €18,392, 215 CHF, £100, and 100 PLN on currency cards and PayPal. We are grateful for your trust and financial support. All the money will be used to save people in the Kherson region.
Thanks to your support, we can respond quickly to the urgent needs of the victims:
- on the first day of the tragedy, we provided the State Emergency Service with 4 motorized pumps for dirty water worth UAH 275,200;
- on June 8, we made our first large purchase from donations of UAH 624,186 to help residents of the Komyshany community (Komyshany, Zymivnyk, Pryozerne villages), Zabalka district, and Antonivka village. The settlements have about 8,700 residents, and 2,000 households are currently flooded.
Thanks to your donations, we have purchased:
- 100 portable gas stoves with cylinders (UAH 139,222);
- 20 motorized pumps (UAH 139,980);
- 50 fishing overalls (UAH 81 120);
- 100 pairs of protective gloves, 1000 bags for construction waste, 20 garden wheelbarrows, 50 shovels, and 50 buckets (UAH 89,488);
- 6000 liters of drinking water (UAH 36,000);
- 1415 kg of pet food (UAH 138,376).
